1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or submitting a franchise application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Franchise application & registration fee

Submitting a franchise application is the first step towards partnership with SUSA ENTERPRISE. A one-time application registration fee of ₹4,999 is payable at the time of application.

The application registration fee of ₹4,999 is one-time and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. It covers application processing, eligibility vetting, and preliminary consultation. No application fee discounts or waivers apply.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or award of a franchise.
Approved applicants move to the next stage: store evaluation, site selection, and investment planning.
Additional franchise fees, if any, are communicated through the final franchise agreement, never through this website alone.

3. Website content

All information on this website — including project costs, timelines, income potential, and store concepts — is provided in good faith for general information only. Figures and project details shown are indicative and subject to change based on site, location, and market conditions.

Nothing on this website constitutes a legal offer, contract, or franchise disclosure document.
Income and return figures, where shown, are illustrative projections, not guarantees.
Final store parameters are determined through the formal franchise agreement.

5. Payments

All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store or have access to your card details. Payment confirmation is required before application processing begins.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUSA ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the application process. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Howrah, West Bengal.
