Refund Policy

1. Application registration fee — non-refundable

The one-time application registration fee of ₹4,999, paid at the time of submitting your franchise application, is strictly non-refundable.

2. Store investment payments

Once an application is approved, further payments relate to your store project. These are covered by the following refund terms:

• Full refund: If you cancel your project before any work begins (design, procurement, or fit-out), the store investment amount paid is fully refundable.
• Non-refundable after work starts: Once design work, equipment procurement, or site fit-out has commenced, payments are non-refundable, as costs are committed to your project.
• Partial refund: Where work has started but the project is cancelled by mutual agreement, an equitable refund may be offered based on work completed — determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Equipment & materials

Equipment, machinery, and materials ordered for your store cannot be refunded once ordered, as they are procured and configured specifically for your project.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund for an eligible store investment payment, email us at hello@susaenterprise.com with your application details. Requests should be made within 7 days of the payment or cancellation event.

• Include your full name, application reference, and payment details
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Gateway processing charges, if any, are deducted from the refund

• Application registration fee (₹4,999) — always non-refundable
• Store investment, once design / procurement / fit-out has started
• Equipment and materials once ordered
